Charles Snyder

Director of Cybersecurity - CAI

Charles Snyder is the Director of Cybersecurity at CAI, a global technology services firm that helps organizations assess cybersecurity risks and develop and manage security improvement processes. Since joining CAI, he has led a variety of cybersecurity compliance, technical, risk, and governance projects for clients in manufacturing, transportation, education, hospitality, and state and local governments. Prior to CAI, he had 20 years of experience in IT project management, IT audit, and IT risk consulting. Charles holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology and a Masters in Business Administration from Eastern Kentucky University. Charles maintains an active leadership role in the local chapters of PMI, ISACA, and IEEE. He has also obtained and maintained the CISSP, CISA, CISM, PMP, CBCP, and CNP.

Dan DeCloss

Founder and CTO - PlexTrac

Dan DeCloss is the Founder and CTO of PlexTrac and has over 17 years of experience in cybersecurity. Dan started his career in the Department of Defense and then moved on to consulting where he worked for various companies. Prior to PlexTrac, Dan was the Director of Cybersecurity for Scentsy where he and his team built the security program out of its infancy into a best-in-class program. Dan has a master’s degree in Computer Science from the Naval Postgraduate School with an emphasis in Information Security. Additionally, Dan holds the OSCP and CISSP certifications.

Katie Morelan is a Senior Product Manager at PlexTrac. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Project Management from California State University and has obtained several certifications including CSPO, SSM, ICP-ATF, CAPM. Prior to joining PlexTrac, Katie was a project manager at several reputable organizations such as MIGSO-PCUBED and Scentsy. In her free time, Katie helps bring couples' dream weddings to life.
